He spent a decade at Goldman Sachs as Vice President, where he led Latin America Financials Equity Research, covering over 25 companies and guiding institutional investment strategies.

Macedo has held senior roles at several prominent financial institutions, including Itau BBA, Rio Bravo, ING, and Salomon Smith Barney, where he contributed to strategic financial planning, M&A advisory, and capital market transactions. Known for his ability to navigate complex financial environments, he brings deep expertise in cross-border finance, emerging markets, and high-growth sectors. Carlos holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA from the University of Richmond, and continues to play a key role in shaping Duravi’s financial vision and long-term sustainability.
