To maintain product integrity and quality standards, all purchases made through our online store are considered final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify:

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

  • The item must be unused and unopened, in its original packaging.

  • The return must be postmarked within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging may be required for review.

Once your request is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
